FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

Tickets for all sessions are on sale during normal box office hours (10 to 9pm ) on each day thereafter until sold out.

Opening night tickets need to be collected and paid for 48hrs in advance. All seating for opening night is reserved. All uncollected tickets will be released for general sale after this time.

Unreserved seating applies for all other sessions. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most Festival sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment. If you have placed your tickets "on hold" and will be collecting and paying for them later, please ensure you collect and pay for these 30 minutes prior to the session time otherwise they shall be released into the box office for general sale.

All festival films will commence at the advertised starting time. Palace Cinema complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings.

All non-English speaking films have English subtitles. Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangable. The cinema box offices accept CASH ONLY.

Dates, times are programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice. All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, with the exception of the designated family screening. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the censorship requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
